Tiffany Vega is a Puerto Rican arts administrator, creative producer, and educator hailing from East Harlem, NYC. She resides in New Orleans, LA.
Tiffany is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Evolution Management Consultants, where she leads strategic initiatives that center equity, leadership development, and organizational transformation in the arts and culture sector. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Hip-Hop Education Center, advancing the cultural and educational impact of Hip-Hop through innovative programming, advocacy, and community engagement.
As a trained and certified Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion facilitator through artEquity and Northwestern University, Tiffany is deeply committed to fostering inclusivity within the arts. Her dedication to education is further demonstrated through her role as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University-New Orleans.
Tiffany's professional journey includes significant roles such as an Associate and Consultant with ALJP Consulting, the General Manager at Hi-ARTS NYC (Formerly Hip-Hop Theater Festival), and a Client Success Manager with AudienceView. She has also contributed her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Dillard University.
Actively engaged in advocacy and community involvement, Tiffany currently serves on the National Board of the Parent Artist Advocacy League, championing the rights of parents and caregivers in the performing arts. She also has extensive experience serving on national grant panels for the arts.
Tiffany is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Latinx Theatre Commons, Women of Color in the Arts, Arts Administrators of Color, and the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures. In recognition of her leadership and contributions to the field, she was awarded the Hispanic Foundation for the Arts Scholarship.
An industry expert in Black, Latinx, and Hip-Hop Theatre, Tiffany holds an MFA in Theatre Management & Producing from Columbia University and a BA in Theatre Performance from the University of Maryland-College Park. Her extensive background, coupled with her commitment to diversity and inclusion, positions her as a distinguished leader in the field.
