You got the job, but no one taught you how to do the job.

You were hired for what you know. The rest is up to you.

The board wants you to be able to read and interpret a profit/loss statement and prepare a cash flow sheet. Staff members want you to understand aspects of their job. Who is responsible for negotiating with the director you hired for a production? You collaborate on a budget with your executive partner, but you have two different views on how to manage money.

Leadership Evolution Lab wants to give you the tools you need to succeed in the 21st century.

One small cohort. Six Months. Real tools.

Six to eight leaders meet virtually once a month for six months. Each session encourages work in practice and relationship. You leave every month with a tool you actually use: a cash flow tracker, a board packet template, a decision-rights map for you and your co-leader, a donor briefing sheet.

The cohort brings Artistic Directors and Managing Directors into the same room. This allows for open and honest conversations with each other about the challenges and opportunities each role faces.

“This is the one place where admitting what you don’t know is the strategy.”
— Tiffany Vega, Partner and Co-Founder of EMC
